In accordance with The President's Decree No. 3910 ("Decision"), published in the Official Gazette dated April 23, 2021, it was decided to extend the short work allowance for workplaces where short work is applied for compelling reasons.
Within the scope of the Decision, the duration of the short work allowance for the workplaces that have applied for short work allowance until January 31, 2021 (including this date) is extended until June 30, 2021, within the framework of the previously determined principles for short work application extensions.
