Presidential Decree No. 3556 was published in the Official Gazette dated February 19, 2021 and numbered 31400. With the Presidential Decree the short-time work allowance period was extended until March 31, 2021 due to Covid-19 within the scope of the relevant Decision.
Accordingly, the duration of the short work allowance for the workplaces who have applied for short work until January 31, 2021 (including this date) is extended until March 31, 2021, within the framework of the principles applicable in previous extensions. The new extension period will start from the end of the last two-month extension period.
