Rebia Rezzan Ozduran Golcuklu (Attorney at Law-Mediator)

After completing her education at Izmir Private Tevfik Fikret High School, Rebia Rezzan Ozduran Golcuklu graduated from Bilkent University, Faculty of Law. She completed Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Istanbul Bilgi University. 

After working for a reputable Turkish law firm as an attorney at law, Rebia Rezzan Ozduran Golcuklu worked as in-house lawyer at Zafer Taahhüt İnşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş. and then worked as the Legal Affairs Manager at Zafer Group Companies active in the domains of international construction as well as Wind Power, Hydroelectric Power and Tourism.  

In 2019, she established Ozduran Law Office in Izmir.  She currently acts as the legal counsel for the companies in the international construction, energy, tourism sectors and industrial corporations. 

In accordance with the experience gained from the projects where she acted as legal counsel, Ozduran Law Office provides legal counseling services at the international construction projects as well as legal advice on corporate law, international arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, and project financing agreements. At his point, the firm provides legal support and counsel to its clients on the Law of Contracts, in particular on FAR and FIDIC contracts. 

Rebia Rezzan Ozduran Golcuklu offers legal counseling services to the companies active in the energy Sector, including all operations concerning investment, licensing, project financing and operation with respect to Wind Power and Hydroelectric Power Plants. Regarding the operations in the Tourism sector, she delivers legal counsel to the clients on tourism investments and operation processes.

She is also a mediator registered in Ministry of Justice Mediators Registry.

She is the heir to the culture of olive production, which has been passed down from generation to generation. In this respect, within the services of pro bono; is a supporter of the producer in the legal applications in olive and olive oil production.

She is fluent in French and English.

She is a member of  EGIAD, Turkish Family Business Association, Izmir Private Tevfik Fikret High School Alumni Association, Bilkent University Alumni Association and Izmir Bar Association.

Her professional articles and legal opinions have been published in the Guncel Hukuk Journal, Legal Law Journal, Legal Labor Law and Social Security Law Journal. The Gozlem Newspaper publishes her assessments of current legal developments.
